Lo Come Lo Cura (2021) is a thought-provoking manifesto where food is made into a poetic tool through which eating must be experienced as a counterpoint between metaphorical, sensorial and even anthropophagic inputs, and where design, gastronomy and creative expression work together to make food into a total art form. This gastroperformance as a creative piece was included in the “Gastronomic languages in popular graphics at Bogotá’s market places; Case studies of La Concordia, La Perseverancia and Las Cruces” project, coordinated by the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department of the School of Design, Communication and Fine Arts of Areandina.
