(2021) is a thought-provoking manifest where food is a poetic tool through which the act of eating appears as a contrapuntal experience demanding a metaphorical, sensorial and even anthropophagic involvement, and where design, gastronomy and creative expression work together to make food into a total art form. This Gastroperformance is a creative piece included in the “Gastronomic languages in popular graphics at Bogotá’s market places; Case studies of La Concordia, La Perseverancia and Las Cruces” project, coordinated by the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department of the School of Design, Communication and Fine Arts of Areandina.
