What does freedom taste like? And what if we could actually taste what we create?

At Taste Brasil 2025, we presented a unique gastroperformance invited by Migraflix (@migraflix) and Electrolux (@electroluxbr).

The experience began with the harmonized voices of Mah Mooni (@mahmooni) and Leo Bianchini (@leobianchini), singing in Persian what many women still have to whisper.

To the sound of Iranian melodies, participants received a sheet featuring words and images recalling the 2022 protests in Iran, guided by the motto “Woman, Life, Freedom.” The audience was then invited to create original collages using these elements, with a green apple gelatin plate as their base. Once transferred onto the gelatin, the figures formed an edible mosaic.

The gastroperformance “Woman, Life, Freedom” allowed freedom to be tasted as a sensory and bodily experience.
